Hard to believe. Easy to hear.

The resonators made by Acoustic System are one of the most unbelievable high fidelity products. They consist of minute metal sound bodies that rest on wooden bases. Positioned correctly at particular points in the room, they improve the sound quality of every system. Acoustic System's component supports are also surprisingly effective – they too can lift a system's sound distinctly.

All details of the Acoustic System products were optimized by empirical means. Scientific explanations are very complex, particularly in the case of the resonators, as they have to define the relationship between low-level overtones, diffusion effects and psycho-acoustic perception. Luckily the quality of these products is easy to appreciate without knowledge of the background theory.

  Resonators

Basic

Copper and silver are the main components of the basic resonator. The base is made of finest soft instrument maple.

Sound character : straight, fast.

Silver

This resonator uses silver (751/1000) and copper. Soft instrument maple is used for the base.

Sound character : light, open, airy.

Gold

Manufactured with 18 carat gold (751/1000), silver and copper. The base is hard instrument maple.

Sound character : rich, bright, slight compression.

Special Gold

14 carat gold, copper and silver are the marerials for this resonator. The base is hard instrument maple.

Sound character : brilliant, no compression.

Platinum

The finest sound element has a resonator made of platinum (98% purity), and a base of hard instrument maple.

Sound character : very clear over all frequencies, no compression.

 

  Componant Supports
Classic Manufactured from maple and mahogany with a special textile-based layer inbetween. Holes to optimize resonance.

Applications : All electronic components.

Effect : Calmer and at the same time more exciting sound.
Medium Three layers of wood with two textile-based layers. Holes to optimize resonance.

Applications : All electronic components.

Effect : Like the CLASSIC, but with more precision and dynamics.
Top Line Maximum effect through complex construction. Four layers of wood and three textile-based layers. Holes to optimize resonance.

Applications : All electronic components.

Effect : Breathtaking.

 

  Loudspeaker supports

LS Medium

Optimized for loudspeakers. Available with and without threaded bolts (6 or 8 mm) for attachment to housing. Sold in sets of 3 or 4.

Applications : All loudspeakers.

Effect : Improved musicality, faster and more thrilling mode, more cogent spectrum.

LS Top Line

Perfect for high-grade speakers (e.g. Wilson Audio). Available with and without threaded bolts (6 or 8 mm) for attachment to housing. Sold in sets of 3 or 4.

Applications : High-grade loudspeakers.

Effect : Even more contour in the bass, increased transparency and precision, more "swing in the hips".
